Roles & Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming Emails, Chats & Calls from customer and addressing their queries or concern
- Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance and guidance on services
- Resolving customer issues promptly and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department



Expected Criteria:

- Candidate should carry min 6 months of experience into Emails & Chats Customer Service.

Qualifications:

- Min HSC or Graduate
- Should be an immediate joiner
- should be between the age of 19 to 35

Experience 1 - 3 Years
Salary 1 Lac To 3 Lac P.A.
Industry ITES / BPO / KPO / LPO / Customer Service
Qualification Other Bachelor Degree
