Key Responsibilities:
Client Handling: Serve as a primary point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline internal processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and other departments.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of sales data, client interactions, and other relevant information in our CRM system.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
